Greek salad

Ingredients:

- 400 g of feta cheese
- 1 large cucumber (or 2 smaller ones)
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 large bell pepper (red or green)
- 1 medium-sized purple onion
- 150 g of olives
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
1. Cut the onion into slices.
2. Cut the tomato into rings, then cut each ring in half. Repeat the same for the cucumber.
3. Arrange a row of cucumbers on a serving dish. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.
4. Arrange a row of tomatoes on top of the cucumbers, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano.
5. Add a row of bell peppers, salt, oil, and oregano.
6. Add a row of olives.
7. Gently mix all the ingredients together, being careful not to mash them.
8. Crumble feta cheese on top, sprinkle with oregano, and drizzle with olive oil.
