Asparagus with parmesan

Ingredients:

- 500 grams asparagus spears

- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon sea salt

- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2. Trim the asparagus spears.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Toss the spears until coated.

4. Spread the asparagus evenly on a baking sheet.

5. Roast for 10 minutes.

6. Remove from the oven and top with grated Parmesan cheese.

7. Return to the oven for 5-8 minutes.
