Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 1 ¼ cup frozen blueberries

- 1 medium ripe banana (or use 1 cup frozen banana slices)

- Half of a medium orange, peeled and quartered

- 3/4 cup to 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Optional Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon almond butter, peanut butter, or cashew butter

- 1 teaspoon chia seeds

- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds

- 1 teaspoon flax seeds

- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into a glass and, if desired, decorate with fresh blueberries, coconut flakes, strawberries, or your favourite toppings.
