Ingredients:

- 1.7 kg of 00 flour with medium strength
- 1 liter of water
- 40 g of fine salt
- 4 g of brewer's yeast
Instructions:

3. At this point take the dough, work it very quickly and finally obtain many small loaves of about 200 grams each. Now take a baking tray, flour it well and place the dough balls on it. Cover again with a cloth and let rise for another 6 hours at least.
